The drivers are roofline length, number of stories, how many trees and palms are included, and design complexity — the larger Bay Hill and Phillips Landing elevations sit toward the top of that range. Whatever the number, it is fixed and in writing, and it covers the lights, installation, in-season service, January takedown and off-season storage.

Yes, regularly. We handle gate access, resident and guard notifications and scheduling around club and event calendars as part of the job — you should not have to coordinate it. Tell us your community at the consultation and we will make the arrangements.
Both. Landscape and accent lighting is year-round work for us: uplighting oaks and palms, path and driveway lighting, pool and patio washes, and architectural washes on elevations. Plenty of Dr. Phillips clients start with a Christmas installation and add landscape lighting the following spring, or the other way round.
Earlier than most people expect. Design consultations start in September and the installation calendar generally fills through October, with installs running into early December. Booking early gets you a better choice of installation date, which matters if you are hosting. If you are reading this in late November, still call — we hold some capacity back for late bookings.
