Yes. We are used to guarded entries, vendor registration and community rules on install dates and display windows, and we handle the arrangements rather than leaving them to you. Yes. On the Butler Chain a lot of the best lighting is on the water side — dock and boathouse lighting, uplit oaks along the shoreline, and path lighting down to the water. It is designed as part of the same scheme as the front elevation so the property reads as one piece.
Earlier than most people expect, and earlier still for estate work. Design consultations start in September and the installation calendar generally fills through October, with installs running into early December. Larger Windermere properties take more crew days, so the good dates go first.
